SAFIRE WELCOMES MCiNTYRE VINEYARDS

AND WINEMAKER STEVE MCINTYRE!!

After a brief hiatus, Safire is excited to start our Gateway to Wine Country Dinner Series for 2010! Wine Steward Ben Plummer has chosen McIntyre Vineyards for the innaugural dinner of the year. Located in the Santa Lucia Highlands appelation in the central coast region, this family run operation has been sustainably

growing some of the finest grapes in the area for more than twenty years!

Now winemaker Steve McIntyre is proud to be producing some the appelation's best limited release wines. Steve also has a local connection, having graduated from Camarillo High with family still in the area!

We will once again be pairing the wine with a five course tasting menu from our executive Chef. The menu is still being developed, but look for it soon!

Limited seating is available, so make your reservations early! Dinner will start promptly at 6pm. Seats for this event are $89 per person plus tax and gratuity.

A major credit card secures your reservation for the dinner.

A 48 hour cancellation is required!
